Γενική Συνέλευση & Εκλογές Πολιτιστικού Συλλόγου Αντίπαρος Εν Πλω

Την Κυριακή  26 Μαρτίου 2017 θα λάβει χώρα η τακτική γενική συνέλευση του συλλόγου μας με θέμα απολογισμό του έτους  και εκλογές για την ανάδειξη του νέου διοικητικού συμβουλίου το οποίο θα έχει διετή θητεία, σύμφωνα με τα όσα ορίζει το καταστατικό μας.

Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στις εκλογές έχουν όσα μέλη είναι ταμειακά ενήμερα. Σας υπενθυμίζουμε ότι η ετήσια συνδρομή είναι 10 ευρώ την οποία μπορείτε να τα καταθέσετε στον κάτωθι λογαριασμό του συλλόγου με την αναγραφή του ονόματος σας: 455/401419-70 με IBAN GR25 0110 4550 0000 4554 0141 970 (BIC ETHNGRAA).

Όποιος επιθυμεί να δηλώσει υποψηφιότητα μπορεί να το δηλώσει  στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση του συλλόγου antiparosenplo@gmail.com μέχρι και τις 12/03/17.

Όσα μέλη δεν μπορούν να παρευρίσκονται στο νησί την ορισθείσα ημερομηνία των εκλογών,  μπορούν να ψηφίσουν ηλεκτρονικά. Θα αναδειχθεί 3μελής εφορευτική επιτροπή  η οποία  θα συγκεντρώσει τα αποτελέσματα της ηλεκτρονικής ψηφοφορίας.

As prescribed by the relevant Statute in our Articles of Association, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Antiparos En Plo society will be taking place on Sunday, 26 March 2017 for the election of a new Board to serve for a two-year term.



All Members in good financial standing have the right to participate in the elections. We would like to remind that the annual membership fee stands at 10 euros, and that this sum may be deposited into the following National Bank of Greece account (please note the name of the Member on the memo line of the deposit slip): 455/401419-70 // IBAN: GR25 0110 4550 0000 4554 0141 970 // BIC: ETHNGRAA.

Anyone wishing to declare his or her candidacy may do so by sending an email message to the Society at antiparosenplo@gmail.com, by 12 March 2017 at the latest.

Members unable to attend the AGM may vote electronically by sending an email to the aforementioned address. The three-member Electoral Committee will also be responsible for tallying the results of the electronic voting.
