Διαδικασία παραλαβής ακτοπλοϊκών εισιτηρίων Blue Star με έκπτωση 30% / How to get Blue Star ferry tickets with a discount of 30%

Στο πλαίσιο της διοργάνωσης του 5ου αγώνα Δρόμου Υγείας Αντιπάρου η Blue Star Ferries παρέχει έκπτωση 30%  στις μετακινήσεις των 100 πρώτων αθλητών  και των οχημάτων τους από Πειραιά προς Πάρο στις 17 - 18/06/16 με επιστροφή στις 19 – 20/06/16.
Η έκπτωση ισχύει αναλόγως διαθεσιμότητας από τον Πειραιά προς Πάρο και επιστροφή.

ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Λόγω του 3ημέρου του Αγίου Πνεύματος και για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση σας παρακαλούμε για την έγκαιρη κράτηση των εισιτηρίων σας. 

Η διαδικασία παραλαβής των εισιτηρίων για τους συμμετέχοντες δρομείς είναι η εξής:

1. Επιβεβαιωμένη εγγραφή στον 5ο Αγώνα Υγείας Αντιπάρου μέχρι την Παρασκευή 27 Μαΐου
• Φόρμα εγγραφής: http://bit.ly/5thAntiparosRegistration 
2. Κατάθεση κόστους συμμετοχής: 
• H κατάθεση του ποσού συμμετοχής (10 ευρώ) μπορεί να γίνει στον κάτωθι λογαριασμό του συλλόγου μέχρι τη Παρασκευή 03 Ιουνίου:
• Εθνική Τράπεζα 455/40141970 IBAN GR25 0110 4550 0000 4554 0141 970
• BIC: ETHNGRAA 
• Παρακαλείστε να αναγράφετε το όνομά σας στην αιτιολογία σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία εγγραφής.
• Με την ολοκλήρωση της εγγραφής και την πληρωμή του ποσού, το όνομα του συμμετέχοντα θα μπει στη λίστα για την έκπτωση των εισιτηρίων της Blue Star Ferries.
• Οι λίστες θα ανανεώνονται με τις ολοκληρωμένες-επιβεβαιωμένες εγγραφές και θα στέλνονται στο γραφείο «Γελασάκης τις παρακάτω ημερομηνίες:
• 1η λίστα: 30 Απριλίου
• 2η λίστα: 15 Μαΐου
• 3η λίστα: 29 Μαΐου
3. Παραλαβή εισιτήριων 
• Η παραλαβή των εισιτηρίων μπορεί να γίνει μέχρι την Δευτέρα 06 Ιουνίου
• Για κρατήσεις και αγορά εισιτηρίων: pireas@stc.gr

Η αγορά των εισιτηρίων και οι κρατήσεις θέσεων για επιβάτες από τον Πειραιά θα γίνει από το κεντρικό λιμενικό γραφείο «Γελασάκης» της Blue Star στη οδό Αριστείδου 6, Πλατεία Καραϊσκάκη, Πειραιάς τηλ. 210 - 4222440 μέχρι την Δευτέρα 06 Ιουνίου . Το γραφείο είναι ανοικτό από τις 5:30 το πρωί ως τις 9:30 το βράδυ. Η πληρωμή μπορεί να γίνει και τηλεφωνικώς με πιστωτική κάρτα ή κατάθεση του ποσού στους τραπεζικούς λογαριασμούς που θα σας υποδείξει η εταιρία.

 

Πώς να φτάσετε στην Αντίπαρο

Για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτησή σας, τις ημέρες που ταξιδεύετε προς την Πάρο πρέπει να βρίσκεστε στο λιμάνι του Πειραιά τουλάχιστον μια ώρα πριν την αναχώρηση του πλοίου. Φτάνοντας στο λιμάνι της Πάρου έχετε την επιλογή να φτάσετε στην Αντίπαρο με απευθείας καραβάκι (30 λεπτά, ισχύει για το πρωινό δρομολόγιο πλοίου) είτε να μεταβείτε με ΚΤΕΛ στην Πούντα (15 λεπτά) και εν συνεχεία με Ferry boat να περάσετε στην Αντίπαρο.

How to get your Blue Star ferry tickets with a discount of 30%

Blue Star Ferries is offering, within the framework of this year’s 5th Antiparos Road Race for Health, a discount of 30% for athletes traveling roundtrip from Piraeus to Paros. This discount is subject to ticket availability, and applies to the period between the 17 - 18/06/16 and return at 19 – 20/06/16.

The ticket pick-up procedure for participating runners and those accompanying them is as follows:

NOTICE: We strongly recommend foreign athletes to proceed with the below mentioned process at the earliest convenience. The weekend of the race is a Greek holiday period and it is highly possible limited tickets to be available. 

1. Participants must have in their possession a Confirmation of Registration for the 5th Antiparos Road Race for Health by Friday 27th of May
• Registration form: http://bit.ly/5thAntiparosRegistration
2. The fee for participation in the Race must have been deposited:
• The registration deposit (10 euros) may be made by Friday 3rd of June to the following account belonging to the Society:
• National Bank of Greece account number 455/40141970 IBAN GR25 0110 4550 0000 4554 0141 970
• BIC: ETHNGRAA
• Please write your name as it appears on your Race registration form.
• Upon the completion of Registration and the payment of the registration fee, the name of the participant will be placed on the list of persons eligible to receive the discount on the Blue Star ferry tickets.
• The list with the completed registration will be delivered to Yelasakis travel agency the below listed days:
• 1st list: 30th of April
• 2nd list: 15th of May
• 3rd list: 29th of May
3. Ticket Pick-Up 
• You can pick up your tickets starting until Monday 6th of June

Seat reservations and ticket purchases for passengers travelling from Piraeus will be available from the Yelasakis (Γελασάκης) travel agency, which is the central agency for Blue Star at the port of Piraeus, and is located at 6 Aristeidou St, Karaiskaki Sq, tel. 210-4222440 in Paros, seat reservations and ticket purchases by Monday 6th of June The agency is open from 5:30am until 9:30pm. Payment may also be made over the phone by credit card, or deposited into a bank account specified by the company.

How to get to Antiparos

To make your trip smoother, when travelling to Paros passengers should be at the port of Piraeus at least one hour prior to the sailing time of the vessel. Upon reaching the port of Paros, passengers have the choice of continuing on to Antiparos by way of a small passenger-only vessel (a direct 30-minute sail; this applies for those departing from Piraeus on the morning vessel), or via KTEL bus to the little port of Pounta (15-minute bus ride) and then on to Antiparos by passenger and vehicle ferry boat.
