Η διαδρομή του "3oυ Αγώνα Δρόμου Υγείας 24,4χλμ. Αντιπάρου" ξεκινά από το λιμάνι και διασχίζει το χωριό (1 χλμ), συνεχίζει δίπλα στη θάλασσα έως τον οικισμό του Αγίου Γεωργίου με θέα το Δεσποτικό και επιστροφή (επί ασφάλτου). Σε αυτό το σημείο είναι και το σημείο ελέγχου των αθλητών (-τριών).

Περιπατητική διαδρομή 10χλμ
Mε εκκίνηση από το λιμάνι η περιπατητική φτάνει στο μέσο της στο σιφνέικο γιαλό και καταλήγει μετά από κυκλική διαδρομή στο λιμάνι της Αντιπάρου.

24,4km race (EN)

The route of "3rd 24.4km. Antiparos road race for health" starts from the port of Antiparos, passes through the main village (1km), continues along the coastline as far as the settlement of Ayios Yeorgios (with its view to the island of Despotiko) and returns along the same route. (The entire race is on paved road.) This is where the checkpoint for athletes will be set up as well.

Starting from the port the routes reache the Sifnian shore and ends after a round trip in the harbor of Antiparos.
